The service and its operator
Techlexity development L.L.C. develops and operates YankyBot and is responsible for the personal data it processes as described here. Contact: myroslav@yankybot.com.
These terms apply to your use of YankyBot’s website, Mac app and optional cloud services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization.
YankyBot is under active development. The public Mac installer and availability of particular integrations may change. Early access is not a promise of general availability, uninterrupted operation or any future feature.
Your accounts and permissions
You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement and use only accounts, devices and data you own or are authorized to access. Keep your devices and credentials secure. You decide which services and agents to connect and what computer or browser access to allow.
Google consent may grant broad account permissions. Restrict account sharing in YankyBot when appropriate. Stopping a task, disconnecting an account or revoking access prevents future use, but does not undo actions already completed.
Review AI work and outgoing actions
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information, recipients, attachments and proposed actions before relying on them. Do not treat generated content as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Built-in email sending and attendee-notification tools require confirmation in the app. Drafts and some other changes can be made under the access you grant. Browser, shell and computer tools have their own permissions and may act in other applications; a safeguard in one integration does not apply automatically to every tool.
You are responsible for lawful instructions and authorized use, but these terms do not remove any responsibility or mandatory obligations that the operator has under applicable law.
Use the service responsibly
Do not use YankyBot to gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, commit fraud, distribute malware, send unlawful spam, infringe others’ rights, evade legal restrictions or interfere with the service. Respect the rules of the platforms and accounts you connect. Do not submit information you lack permission to process.
Your content and generated work
You retain your rights in your inputs, accounts and files. You permit us and necessary service providers to process content only to operate the features you use, support you and meet applicable obligations as described in the privacy policy.
Generated work may be similar to other outputs, may contain errors and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You must check rights and suitability before publishing or using it. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Third-party services and costs
The YankyBot Mac app is currently free. Your AI subscriptions, API usage, email services and other third-party fees are separate and remain your responsibility. YankyBot does not include unlimited model usage or bypass provider limits.
Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and other providers operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. YankyBot is not sponsored by or affiliated with those companies. Any future paid YankyBot offering will disclose its price and require agreement before charges apply.
Privacy, disconnection and deletion
The privacy policy explains what data is used, where it can go and your choices. The deletion guide explains how to remove connections and stored data. Disconnecting an integration does not delete source mail, documents or previously saved copies.
Availability and liability
We work to keep YankyBot useful and secure, but cannot promise that early-access software, AI output or third-party integrations will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep backups of important files and review actions that could affect others.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct or personal injury.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using YankyBot at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations, with notice where reasonably possible. Discontinue tasks, revoke connected access and follow the deletion guide when leaving.
Material changes to these terms will be notified appropriately and apply prospectively, subject to any consent required by law. Contact myroslav@yankybot.com with questions or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory protections and access to the courts or authorities available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
